Allopurinol
Loric contains Allopurinol which is used to reduce the production of uric acid in the body. It is also used to prevent or lower excess uric acid levels caused by cancer medicines or in patients with kidney stones.
Increased uric acid levels can cause gout or gouty arthritis (joint pain and inflammation) and kidney problems.
